Apart from this, you will be abide by either of the following TWO contracts-

CONTRACT A- Please refer to the below mentioned points in a detailed manner-

1. You shall receive Fifty percent (50%) of the Net amount earned from sale of your course in a DIGITAL content form. The Net amount is the actual amount which is earned from your course, after deducting refunds(if paid), all the applicable taxes on your course and any amount that will be payable to you in case you join any marketing program as stated earlier.

2. Your revenue share will always remain FIXED in all circumstances, whether your Course gets sold is Soft Copy or a Hard Copy. In the specific case of a hard copy, the cost of the Course shall be the same as the cost of your digital content.Eduncle.com reserves the right to charge the Users as per its sole discretion and authority. You will not be having any ADDITIONAL earning if the course gets sold in a PRINTED FORMAT, neither will you be required to incur any expenses for it.

CONTRACT B- As per this contract, you will be under a contractual agreement to provide us complete “ready-to-use” study material from your end. We shall purchase the material at a price that is based on the Mutual consent of both the parties (You and Eduncle.com).

Therefore, the complete material, after purchasing, shall become the exclusive property of Eduncle.com, and you will not have any Ownership right on it. You will be bound to act under the terms and conditions as set forth in this contract.
You will also have to acknowledge that this Material belongs to you only. We work in Good Faith, and assume NO copyright issue shall arise in the near future. In   case of any such problem, you will be solely responsible for any Monetary or Non- Monetary cost that shall be incurred.

However, we also assure you that your efforts will always be rewarded in its due respect. In case you are giving us Back-end Support, You will be entitled to receive certain Fees as decided in the Contract.

Along with this, you also have the option to increase your earnings by taking the help of “Discount Coupons” that will be created and used by you only. You will be paid 80% of the net amount that is earned through sales using these coupons. We also clarify that the time for displaying these coupons, how to quantify the benefits of these coupons etc., shall be decided by Eduncle.com only.

Therefore, you give your consent to Eduncle.com to perform all calculations, make reductions, apply charges in case of special orders, and then pay the remaining amount as stated above.

Marketing programs refer to such events, offers, activities and ideas that are aimed at increasing the sales and revenue of your courses. You hereby give your consent that the amount that needs to be paid for marketing programs will be Variable, and Eduncle.com will be having the sole discretion to determine these packages and which particular courses to be highlighted in its Marketing campaigns.

The Users are entitled to get refunds for their purchases as per the above mentioned terms and conditions. The management reserves the right to deduct this amount, and pay remaining amount as your earnings. You hereby acknowledge you will not have any issue in the near future about this. Payment will be made within ten days (10 days) of the end of the month in which the fee for a Course will be received. You are also expected to furnish all relevant and authentic information about your bank account, taxes payable etc. in the best of your knowledge to Eduncle.com. If there is some change in your account information, we shall not be responsible for money transfer in the new account until and unless you provide it.
